1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Grab It Ready (the "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Digital Products

Grab It Ready provides digital game assets (including PSD files, PNGs, Spine projects, and Unity packages). Upon purchasing or downloading a free asset, you are granted a license according to the terms specified on the Pricing & License page. You do not gain ownership of the intellectual property.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our assets for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Reselling raw files or compiling them into asset packs for redistribution is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
