Digital Goods Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once files are downloaded. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchase after download, or lack of software knowledge. However, if there is a duplicate purchase, missing/corrupted file, wrong product delivery, or a major mismatch between the product description and delivered files, customers can contact us within 7 days for support or refund review.

Custom Character Services

Refunds for custom character design and rigging services are handled separately on a per-contract basis. Generally, deposits for custom work are non-refundable once work has commenced.
